The Nursing and Midwifery Services Directorate, in collaboration with StarLife Insurance, has organized a two-day customer service training for nurses and midwives. The program, jointly facilitated by the Human Resource Directorate and StarLife, brought together participants from various departments and units of the hospital.
Speaking on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Pharmacy, Dr. Alhassan Tia Salifu, described the training as timely and commended StarLife Insurance for their support. He further encouraged the nurses and midwives to actively engage in the sessions to enhance their service delivery.
