The Governing Board and Management of Tamale Teaching Hospital today paid a solemn visit to the Gbewaa Palace to commiserate with the Royal Family, the Kingdom of Dagbon, and the people of Ghana following the formal announcement of the passing of Ndan’ Ya-Na Abukari Mahama II, the King of Dagbon.
The delegation was led by Prof. Baba Sulemana Mohammed, who signed the Book of Condolence on behalf of the Chairman of the Governing Board, Dr. Simon Naporo.
The Hospital extends its deepest condolences to the Royal Family, the Chiefs and people of Dagbon, and all Ghanaians during this period of national mourning. The legacy of the late Ya-Na's leadership, wisdom, and service to the kingdom will remain indelible.
May the soul of the Lion rest in perfect peace.
